Scott administration concedes on Planned Parenthood licensing
TALLAHASSEE—Planned Parenthood agreed to delay a legal challenge against the state after Gov. Rick Scott's administration said it will allow three clinics to continue providing abortions up to 14 weeks from the last normal menstrual period.

The legal tangle came after a disagreement between the two over whether clinics located in St. Petersburg, Fort Myers and Naples performed second-trimester abortions based on the number of gestational weeks and how the information was reported to the state.
