THE ROTUNDA - POLITICO’s Matt Dixon discusses how Democrats could make some gains due to the widening rift between Gov. Rick Scott and House Speaker Richard Corcoran. Sen. Frank Artiles faces scrutiny for accelerating bills favorable to Florida Power & Light. “This is corporate welfare for FPL,” said Nathan Skop, a former FPL manager and commissioner on the Florida Public Service Commission. Gomes also talks with Congressman Al Lawson about his work in Washington and with Volunteer Florida’s CEO Chester Spellman about the second annual #SuitsForSession. At a time when there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding health care, Gomes shares stories from seniors rallying support for Medicare Advantage Plans.
